(1) The marking pattern of the laser marking machine is partially unclear
Cause: The thickness of the molded plate is not uniform. The molding pressure is too small. The heating temperature is too low or the machine accuracy is not high.
Solution: Check if the thickness of the molded plate is uniform. Is the molding pressure too small? Is the temperature too low? Whether the machine accuracy is degraded.
Process control points: the thickness of the molded plate should be controlled at 0. Within O01mm. The hardness should be maintained at 230-280 N/mm. Because the hologram is molded by the application of a certain pressure to the molding roller. If the hardness of the molded version is not enough, in the process of imprinting. Internal stress can deform or damage the molded plate.
(2) The marking pattern of the laser marking machine is dull and dull
Cause: Generally related to heating temperature and molding pressure.
Solution: Check if the heating temperature is too low. Whether the molding pressure drops.
Process control points: The setting of the molding pressure should take into account the type of the molding temperature holographic material or the softening point of the coating layer. The pressure is too high. The molded version is vulnerable. Or crush the holographic material; the pressure is too low. The molded image is unclear and incomplete for circular pressing. The initial pressure of the pressure roller on both sides is generally about 0.08MPa. After the molding starts. Slowly increase the pressure of the pressure roller to 030 to 0.50 MPa. The molding speed can be comprehensively adjusted according to the performance of the imprint quality machine.
(3) The marking pattern of the laser marking machine is whitish
Solution: Check if the molding speed is too slow. Is the molding temperature too high?
(4) Identification of the laser marking machine
Cause: The hot pressing temperature is higher than the degradation temperature, and the viscosity of the coating is increased. This results in a tacky film that wraps the film around the holographic platen roller.
Solution: Reduce the hot pressing temperature.
(5) The marking pattern of the laser marking machine is clearly blurred
Cause: The temperature distribution of the hot press device is uneven or the molded plate is not flat.
Solution: Check if the temperature distribution of the hot pressing device is uniform. Whether the molded plate is deformed or worn.
(6) Marking of the laser marking machine The film has a horizontal (longitudinal) wrinkle
Cause: The tension of the unwinding or winding is not properly controlled.
Solution: Adjust the unwinding tension or winding tension properly. Until the wrinkles are eliminated.
