Laser chiller is a water cooling equipment, laser chiller is a constant temperature, constant current, constant pressure cooling water equipment.
Laser chiller works is the first way to the machine into a certain amount of water tank, through the chiller cooling system will be water cooling, and then by the pump will be low-temperature cooling water into the equipment to be cooled, chiller cooling water will heat away rise and then back to the tank, to achieve the role of cooling. Cooling water temperature can be adjusted automatically according to the requirements, long-term use can save water. Therefore, the laser chiller is a standard energy-saving equipment.
In the laser system, the laser generator, the beam controller and the electronic control cabinet may require additional cooling. The cooling water temperature requirements are usually between 15 ~ 22 ℃, the cooling water accuracy requirements are usually ± 1 ℃ or ± 2 ℃. Part of the laser equipment, the laser may require ± 0.1 ℃, and some laser equipment, the laser on the cooling water conductivity, corrosion resistance, etc. have a certain requirement, so the water quality requirements are very high, the pipe with stainless steel or PVC pipe.
Laser chiller output water temperature: 5 ~ 35 ℃ adjustable for the cooling water accuracy of ± 1 ℃, ± 2 ℃ and ± 0.1 ℃ optional, advantages:
